Our Personal Training Program has a huge Functional training approach. We provide 1-On-1, 2-On-1, and Group (+6) Personal Training for teens and adults, we offer nutrition information and give food plans.
Fitness Coaching is specialized in functional training and medical training.
Small Group training
Our small group trainings 3 to maximum 14 persons are fun. We deliver quality training in a small group. We offer Fast Weight loss training, Toning, Flexibility, Fitness yoga, Bungee Fitness, Carido boxing, Boot camps and Functional training group lessons.
Weight loss program
We offer 2 types of weight loss programs. Fast weight loss which is held at the Simpson bay branch. This program gives you a great workout for 1 hour and provides you with a food plan that is easy follow. We work out on hydraulic machines in combination with cardio and weights. This program is designed to lose 15 lbs or more. In the evening we do a regular weight loss program that is very efficient and has a high success rate.
If you prefer to follow a personally designed program then you can sign up for either a one on one or small group personal training. Our highly qualified trainers will write a program based on your body type.
